To grow in Faith and share our Faith in God with the World around us

God is not interested in the physical attitude of prayer. It doesn’t make any difference in what horizontal, vertical, or oblong direction your carcass happens to be; if your soul is not down before God, you are not praying.

Sunday Service

Experience a blissful Sunday by praising and worshipping God with us at Elim Church as a family. ‘Worship’ season with the powerful and undeniable presence of the Holy Spirit and the life-changing ‘Word’ is a wonderful way to begin your week. Meet and fellowship with other members of our Church and you will be amazed to find out how much you belong here. If you’ve never visited us before, we’d love to have you over!

In Elim, we encourage a believer to regularly attend church, participate, and have fellowship. This is not merely a good suggestion but the Will of God.

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching” Hebrews 10: 24-25

The Word of God says in 1 Peter 2:6, Jesus is the Cornerstone of the Church, and we are “like living stones being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ” (1 Peter 2:5). As the building blocks of the “Spiritual house” we have a natural connection with one another and implies the importance of gathering together.

Weekly church attendance is in no sense “required” for believers, but those who belong to Christ should have the desire to seek, worship, receive His Word and have fellowship with other believers.

So, when do we gather? We have two services for our church believers to choose from, addressing believers’ preferences and the size of our church hall.

Ministries

EFG Kids

Young minds learn through ‘observing with their senses’. They can sense a situation, a conversation, reaction, and feelings. The challenge is to help them view this knowledge, emotion, and experience in God’s light.

Empower

Join us every Sunday afternoon following the end of our 2nd Sunday Service. The youth service involves praise and worship, stories and activities/games, and prayer. And if you are still wondering, YES! we can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us!

Prayer Groups

We have established house prayer groups in various suburbs which are organized and held by the leaders appointed to that group. It is a great way to meet the local people in that suburb, and give them the good news of Salvation through Jesus Christ.

Men’s and Women’s Ministry

Elim has established prayer meetings for both men and women on different days every week. Our prayer leaders bring forth all prayer requests where many believers come together and pray.
